Hello, I’m Kernyce Karen Kindred—author, believer, and storyteller—born and raised in the heart of Denver, Colorado. Though my roots stretch back to Texas through my parents, it’s the summers spent in Austin that shaped my spirit. I still remember sitting on my grandmother’s porch, the sun casting long shadows as she gently told me about Jesus. I must’ve been no older than five, quietly listening as she said, “If you ever need to talk to Him, He’ll always be there.”

Talking didn’t come easy to me back then. But writing? That became my voice.

Over time, I discovered that words on a page could carry the weight of faith, hope, and healing. Writing became my sanctuary—a place where I could share my love for God and the gospel with others. Whether through devotionals, reflections, or stories that stir the soul, my mission is simple: to inspire, uplift, and remind readers that they’re never alone.
